The Clinical Triangle
Two expressions of one reasoning system. The Structural Model helps you organise what may matter most. The Reasoning Loop helps you test that interpretation.
Expression 1 - structural model
Separate what may be driving the pattern from what may be compensating, then decide what deserves testing. Not everything you see needs treating.
Expression 2 - Reasoning loop

What would strengthen or weaken the hypothesis?

Intervene based on the working hypothesis

A reasoning process repeated as the presentation changes. The loop builds clinical confidence by testing your interpretation against the client's response, rather than relying on guesswork.
